Frameworks for measuring
outcomes & impacts
With scarce resources and growing social
problems, funders need to know exactly how
their money is being used and non-profits
need to prove that their programs work.
Proving your impact is a huge advantage
in this current climate, with results and value
for money being emphasised more and more.
Led by Duncan Peppercorn, Founder and Managing Partner
at Social Ventures Australia (SVA) Consulting, this
two day masterclass is an introduction to assist you
in measuring and evaluating the impact you create.
Duncan and his team will share their knowledge, insights
and introduce the steps involved in creating an impact
measurement framework.
This hands-on masterclass will take you through:
• Developing a program logic to help you understand
what to measure
• An introduction to a range of approaches to measure
and evaluate impact, including how you might value
the impact you create using Social Return on
Investment (SROI)
• How to go about selecting appropriate tools to capture
the data you need
Who should attend?
This program has been designed specifically
for senior representatives of not-for-profit
organisations, government departments,
philanthropic organisations and corporate
foundations who are looking for guidance on how to
measure and evaluate their impact. Including:
• Chief Executive Officers
• Directors/General Managers
• Program Managers
• Research
• Evaluation
• Policy
• Finance
