Phase 1 - Personal Success
This is where you lay the foundation for your long-term success with FVN. In your first 4
months, your primary efforts should be directed at going “wide” by contacting and
sponsoring as many new Customers and Brand Partners as you possibly can! One of
your very first goals should be to become PaceSetter qualified. The formula is simple: get
3 Brand Partners with enroller packs in month 1 and duplicate that in months 2 & 3.
Help your Brand Partners do the same thing and your organization and income will grow!
1. Retail Commissions (Pays out Monthly)
Every active Brand Partner will have their own personal business website. Here customers will be
able to purchase vacation packages. Brand Partners will be paid retail bonus of 10% - 20% as
part of their monthly commission check. Retail purchases will count toward your personal volume
qualifications.
2. Fast Start Bonus (Pays out Bi-Weekly)
As a Brand Partner when you make a sale of any enroller pack, you earn a Fast Start Bonus.
The $249 Getaway enroller pack pays $100. The $499 Adventure enroller pack pays $200.
The $999 Global Traveler enroller pack pays $400. The Fast Start Bonus is calculated
immediately and paid bi-weekly.
3. PaceSetter Bonus (Pays out 1 time on the monthly commission)
Sponsor 3 Brand Partners with any of the enroller packs and earn $100 PaceSetter Bonus
4. Vacation Ownership Bonus (Pays out 1 time on the monthly commission)
Westgate Owners or Realtors who personally refer someone that make a resort ownership
purchase will earn 4% of the sale price. The first upline enroller will earn .6% of the sale price and
the second upline enroller will earn .4% of the sale price. NOTE: first and second upline must be a
Westgate Owner or Realtor to earn bonus. Owners must be in good standing. Commissions are paid out ONLY after
the down payment is paid in full. Minimum 45 days after the sale is processed.
Phase 2 - Team Success
In Phase 2 your success becomes more dependent on your team efforts or the “Duplication Process.”
You begin the “Duplication Process” of helping your new Brand Partners get properly started helping
them with their Phase 1. You are rewarded for your efforts and will earn additional Fast Start
Override Bonus, monthly 7 Level Bonus, Check Match bonus and 3 is FREE
5. Monthly 7 Levels Bonus (Pays out Monthly)
Earn 5% - 8% on your 1st through 7th level BV (by placement)
6. 3 is FREE autoship
Personally sponsor 3 people who pay $79 or $149 for an autoship in one month, your autoship
is FREE the following month. IE: You have a $79 autoship and 3 people who pay $79 autoship,
yours is Free. If you have a $149 autoship and 3 people who pay $79, $79 and $149, you will
be credited $79 and charged the $70 balance. If you have a $149 autoship and 3 people who
pay $149 autoship yours is FREE. NOTE: If one of your 3 is getting their autoship FREE, you must
replace them with someone who is paying for their autoship.
7. Override Bonus - Differential (Pays out Bi-Weekly)
Starting with the Global Brand Partner rank you earn 10% of the vacation volume on each enroller
pack sale in your downline. At each rank you earn an additional 10% so by the time you achieve
Diamond you would be earning up to 70%. A Tier 1 bonus of 5% is paid when someone of the
same rank is blocking you from the Override Bonus.
8. Matching Check Bonus (Pays out Monthly)
Starting at the Jade rank you can earn a matching bonus on your personally sponsored Brand
Partners monthly 7 level commissions up to 10%. Jade earns a 5% check match, Pearl earns a
6% check match, Sapphire earns a 7% check match, Ruby earns a 8% check match, Emerald
earns a 9% check match and Diamond earns a 10% check match.
Phase 3 - Organization Success
In Phase 3 your success through Leadership Bonus Pools becomes strongly linked to the success of
the company. As a Leader Jade - Diamond, you will share in the overall growth and success of
the FVN community and opportunity.
9. Quarterly Bonus Pool (Pays out Quarterly on the Monthly check)
Earn your piece of the entire Company’s vacation sales volume. FVN sets aside a total of 6% of
the Company’s vacation pack sales volume to be shared among our key leaders. 1% is allocated
to each rank starting at Jade through Diamond. The higher the rank you reach, the more you earn
because there are fewer people to share in the pool! Each quarter you get 1 share in the pool for
qualifying at your rank over the 3 month period, and you earn an additional share for each
qualified leg at your same or higher rank, plus you earn 1 share anytime you have more than 1 of
the same or higher rank in a qualified leg. You can participate in up to all 6 rank bonus pools.
The more shares you qualify for in each pool, the more you earn.
Autoship (A/S) - The Autoship (A/S) is a standing order that is automatically charged on a monthly
basis.
Brand Partner - Someone who has purchased the $99 Brand Partner enroll fee. This fee is
charged annually. $50 is sent annually to the State of Florida for the Seller of Travel application
fee.
BV - Business Volume points that are assigned to vacation packs and is used to calculate the 7
Level commissions.
Enroller/Sponsor Tree - The recruitment of another individual to make a purchase who then earns a
commission.
GQV - Group Qualifying Volume includes vacation package sales by your downline including
their Retail Customers.
Leg - Downline progression starting with Brand Partner placed on your first level
Level - The relationship of placement in your organization ie: People you bring in are 1st level to
you, people they bring in are 2nd level to you.
Override Differential / Tier 1 Bonus - Commissions paid out on enroller pack sales made by you
and your downline (enroller tree) based on achieved rank
Placement - The placement of a Brand Partner in your organization based on level. All sales for the
7 Level bonus are calculated based on placement.
PQV - Personal Qualifying Volume is calculated on all your personal vacation packages and
includes sales to your Retail Customers.
Qualifying on the Fly - Meet any rank requirements and earn at the achieved rank effective
immediately.
Rank - A title relating to the level of achievement starting at Brand Partner through Diamond
VV - Vacation Volume points that are assigned to the enroller packs and is used to calculate the
Override [Differential] bonus.
Vacation Ownership - Someone who has made or makes a Westgate Resort Ownership purchase.
50% rule - 50% of the GQV from any leg can be used for rank qualifications
