How to reserve your new home
Buying your Midas home is easy. Simply pay a reservation
fee of £500 on the purchase price* and we will hold it for
four weeks. On exchange of contracts pay a 10% deposit of
the purchase price and we will give you a completion date
approximately six weeks prior to completion.
