The maps of the national railway and highway systems are included. TRAIN: Reggio Emilia’s railway station is very well connected both with Milan and Bologna. The stretch from Milan lasts one hour and a half; from Bologna only fourty minutes. There are many trains leaving from Milan, approximately one every hour (but in the busiest parts of the working days, trains leave even oftener) and the same happens from Bologna. You can check the trains timetable, choose the one that fits you better and buy train tickets on this website: www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html. Be careful: on ES (EuroStar) and on most IC (Inter City) trains reservation is needed. From this site you can book and buy the tickets. If you miss the train you booked for, you can catch the following one with the same ticket; only the reservation is lost.
