How to contact the Support Desk
There are a number of ways to contact the support team at PCTI. Below is a description of each of the
methods to log a support issue with PCTI.
Through Docman – Main Menu
You can log a support issue directly through Docman via the ‘Manage Support Calls’ option on the main
menu.
All issues entered directly through Docman are immediately logged within the PCTI support system,
which then allows our support team to contact you by telephone, or if appropriate they can update the
support call which is then viewable from within the Manage Support Calls module.

Our telephone Support Desk is open from 8am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday.

To log a non urgent enquiry, you can email your query to [email protected]
Online
