Cristina Pinon - Teaching and Learning Coach / ILT Trafford College – How to use www.Socrative.com Comments from user: Joaquin Llorente - Foundation Learning « Thanks for your presentation and handouts yesterday. It was great. I used Socrative today in one of my Maths lessons; I created a short quiz and used also the exit ticket. Some of the students were a bit reluctant to use their mobile phones (we have them well trained!) so I gave them laptops. Apart from the usual complaints about signing on, it went really well. I will try it again tomorrow with two more groups. It is great for text type questions, but I miss the opportunity to use images. I know you can post the image on the board or a wall and ask an immediate question about the image. Certainly a way to add a little variety!” Watch an introduction video: http://vimeo.com/27564554 FAQ / Trouble Shooting: Go to http://www.socrative.com/faq Cristina Pinon - Teaching and Learning Coach / ILT Trafford College – How to use www.Socrative.com Self reflection Activity: Think of different ways of using Socrative in your lesson.
