Y’S MEN INTERNATIONAL 69th INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION
HOW TO REGISTER BY FAX
Please register through 69th International Convention Website if you are able to access to it. You can
get variety of information on the convention program, excursions and accommodations through the
Website. You can reserve the hotels in real time and also payment processing can be done on the spot.
One who is not able to access to the Website may ask your colleague to register on behalf of you or your
club may register its member as a group.
Those who inevitably should use Fax to send registration form please read this document carefully.
１． General Rule
Pleas fill in the ‘Registration Form’ individually. If you register other person than you such as your
family member or club member, you will be the ‘Application Representative’ and other persons will be
‘Member (accompanying persons)’. The communication from Host Committee will be made to the
‘Application Representative’ and all the payments including for the ‘Member’ should be done by the
‘Application Representative’.
２． Whom to Send the Registration Form
Please send the Registration Form by Fax (If you cannot do so, by air mail) to the following. Also please
make any inquiries related to the registration and hotel reservation to the following.

４． Registration Fee
 Registration fee includes 3 dinners, 3 lunches and an excursion. Accommodation and the headset
rental fee for interpretation are not included.
Registration and payment on or before May 15, 2010: JPY 50,000
Registration and payment on or after May 16, 2010: JPY 55,000

５． Excursions
Excursions will be held in the afternoon of August 6th. Please check your first and second choice in
the registration form. Details of the courses are shown at Appendix 2.

６． Payment
Those who register for the convention only, please pay JPY 50,000 (after May 16, JPY 55,000) by
credit card or by bank transfer to the following designated account. Those who make reservation for
the hotels, please pay according to the invoice which you will receive after the reservation will be
fixed.

７． Hotel Reservation
For your convenience, we provide the various choices of the hotels during the Convention and
before/after the Convention in partnership with JTB, the official Professional Congress Organizer and
travel agent of IC2010. Those who would like to make reservation please fill in your first, second and
third choice of the hotels in the registration form, using the codes (e.g. 1-1) which you can find at
Appendix 1.
<Notes>
 The hotel rates in the list are per person, per night, with breakfast including service charge and
tax. The room rates may vary by dates.
 You may reserve the hotels later, but please note that hotel assignment will be made on a
first-come, first-served basis.
 You can arrange your accommodation by yourself on your own responsibility. In some cases you
may get the cheaper rates than we present by reserving thorough Internet or the local travel
agents.
 You may reserve the different hotels by dates.

８． Notes
 E-Mail Address: If you can receive e-mail, please fill in your e-mail address. Various information
after the registration will be sent to you efficiently by e-mail.
 Please fill in Area, Region, District and Club name of your Menette or accompanying person(s) as
well.
 You may leave the flight information blank and re-send the registration form after you decide.
 If you chose credit card for your payment, please fill in ‘Security Code’ as well as the ‘Credit Card
Company’, ‘Card Number’ and ‘Expiration Date’. ‘Security Code’ is the last 3 digits of the number
printed near the card holder’s signature area on the back of the card.
 JTB provides various kind of before/after convention optional tours. For details please ask JTB or

Triple (three persons in one room): An extra bed will be put into a twin or a double room.
In the case of Intercontinental Yokohama The Grand, Pan Pacific Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu,
Yokohama Royal Park Hotel and Hotel New Grand, single (one person in one room) may be the single
use of a twin or a double room.
Breakfast of Hotel Route Inn Yokohama Bashamichi and Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai are light
breakfast. Other hotels provide full breakfast.

APPENDIX 2
Characteristics
You can enjoy the Edo (Tokyo) old downtown around Sensoji Temple at
Asakusa. You will have sightseeing at the business town of Marunouchi,
Hibiya Park, Ginza, Akihabara and Ueno (drive through).
You will get off the bus and enjoy the sightseeing at the Imperial Palace.
You can experience the magnificent view from the Yokohama Bay Bridge
and Rainbow Bridge.
You may not be able to see the view clearly, depending on the weather
condition. We will arrange the chartered bus.

Tour
You can enjoy the popular spots at Yokohama, such as Red Brick
Warehouse, Osanbashi Pire, Yamashita Park, and Yokohama Foreign
General Cemetery. (at each spot you will get off the bus). We recommend
this course for the people who really want to enjoy Yokohama.
We will arrange the chartered bus.

Ecology
Tour
You will visit the places related to “Environment” which is the theme of
the Convention. We will visit ecologically friendly beer factory with tasting
fresh beer, and other ecology related municipal facilities where you
usually need the special permission to visit.
Please understand the schedule may change because of the inevitable
reason. We will arrange the chartered bus.

Yokohama
Free Plan
We will arrange the private (free) shuttle buses for Yokohama sightseeing.
It will take about 50∼70minutes and leave every 10∼20 minutes
(depending on traffic condition).
The route will be Red Brick Warehouse, Osanbashi Pire, Yamashita Park,
Harbor View Park and China Town. (there will be guides on each spot)
You can get on and off the bus freely. Please enjoy at your favorite place.
