Checking-in
You will find our Holiday Guest Reception on the right as
you come into The Village where you will be assured of
a friendly welcome.
• Your accommodation will be ready at the latest by 4pm
(The Motel rooms by 2pm). • Keys should be collected by one person per party, on
presentation of your confirmation letter or email.
• Early arrivals - make use of our fantastic facilities available
to you from 12 midday.
• Arriving after 8pm? Please let us know by calling
01772 671 111 and one of our team will inform you of
the procedure.
Parking & how you are helping
us look after the environment
Parking is available directly outside your accommodation
(excluding The Motel) and we ask you to limit this to ONE
car per cottage. We are committed to reducing our carbon
footprint and are also responding to requests to reduce
traffic within The Village to improve your overall holiday
experience and your safety. Therefore, to encourage our
guests to bring only one car onto The Village, there will be
an additional cost of £5 per car per day for the second or
additional cars. This tariff applies to all guests, with the exception of those
who display a valid and recognised disability disc in their
windscreens. We would like to assure you that we make no
profit from this; instead we are working with The Wildlife
Trust to invest the money into environmental projects
both within The Village and the surrounding areas. Over
the past two years we have donated £15,000 raised from
the car parking charges to The Lancashire Wildlife Trust
to go towards their Carbon Capture Scheme. We are also
continuing to heavily invest in environmental projects
across The Village.

and if you would like advice on this, please do not

Recycling
• We have facilities for recycling household cardboard,
newspapers, cans and glass.
• Recycling bags are provided in your accommodation;
replacements are available, contact reception.
• Empty your bag and replace on departure.
• There are various recycling points across The Village.
Our classes are from £4 per guest.
All Aqua Aerobics classes are complimentary to holiday

Little Ones
You can help us by popping all your leftover food into the
caddy provided and keeping a look out for the special red
bins in the recycling compounds.
All your leftover food will then be turned into
compost to be used on our beautiful grounds.

We continue to invest great sums of money in our
cottage refurbishment programme and improving
facilities on The Village.
Crèche (6 mths - 6 yrs)
Open Monday to Friday 9am to 10.30am at a price of £5 per
child. Please pre-book to avoid disappointment. Bookings must
be made 48 hours in advance but may be made up to two
weeks in advance.
Parents must stay within the Sport & Leisure Complex whilst
their child is in the crèche. T&Cs apply, ask when booking.
