daily camp instruction from former collegiate athletes.

WAIVER OF LIABILTY
Katy Blazin Red Track Club Medical Release Form is REQUIRED for every camper, and must be signed by the camper’s parent or guardian BEFORE s/he may participate in any
camp activities. The waiver may be submitted at the start of
camp. If the signed waiver has not already been received
with registration and payment, a copy will be sent via email.
Health Care and Insurance
Each camper must provide his/her own medical

Jim Pat Darcey is a hailed College Station,
Texas native. Darcey was an integral part of
legendary coach, James Giese’s cross
country program at A&M Consolidated HS. Darcey was a
member of two state champion teams, leading his team with
a fourth place individual finish his sophomore year. Darcey
went on to run cross country and track at Texas A&M University. He was a member of the 1999 National Qualifying team
and ran at the NCAA Division I Championship.

Coach Michelle Guzman
Michelle Guzman was a decorated high
school athlete at Giddings High School,
coached by Jim Pat Darcey. A multi time Region III- 3A
champion in both cross country and track, Guzman went on
to achieve the state’s highest honor in 2005 as the Texas 3A
Cross Country champion. Her effort ranks fifth on the course
for fastest times. Guzman was a member of the Texas Tech
cross country team that recorded a program-best third-place
finish at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships.
Coach Lea Carruthers
Leandra Carruthers is a Baytown, Texas native. Carruthers
was team captain of her cross country
squad beginning her sophomore year.
Carruthers helped push teammates to
three Region III- 5A appearances. Carruthers was a Region III qualifier in the 3200m her senior
year. A walk-on at the University of Arkansas, Carruthers
earned a coveted spot on the Lady Razorback team.
