How to confirm MINDA Calving records
All events recorded with MINDA Calving are sent to www.MINDA.co.nz for final review and approval before the
LIC database and your MINDApro records are updated.
This review process has been designed to help ensure accuracy of your records – quickly and easily.
Review and approve MINDA Calving records
1. Sign-in at www.MINDA.co.nz with your MINDA on the Web login details
2. Select the ‘Events’ tab. The default view will be the Holding Pen tab. From here, you can approve, edit or
delete any of the events.
3. If you are happy with the events, select ‘Approve Events’ to confirm and update the details on the LIC
database. This will approve and send all events that aren’t under query.
Note: Any queried events will show in red and at the top of list. The queried event
needs to be resolved before it can be approved,
or deleted.
4. MINDA Calving events will also now appear in the
‘History’ tab, next to the ‘Holding Pen’. You can
now synch your MINDA desktop software to view
the updated animal details
• Select ‘More’ to update or edit an event
Note: A new screen will appear with more
information about that event, with all the event
details including who created it and how.
• Update event information by selecting ‘Change’
on the relevant field.
• Delete an event by selecting the box on the left
of an event in the ‘Holding Pen’, so a tick will
appear, then select ‘Delete’ at the bottom of
the screen.
Note: This will remove the event from all records.
You can view these recent events by date, event
type or event status.
