Scope
The purpose of this document is to illustrate (step by step) the demonstration (Demo)
process of the Aeonix Unified Communication and Collaboration solution.
It will be used by Sales personal arriving at customer sites and demonstrating the capabilities
and advantages of Aeonix and collaboration with different daily used applications (such as
Microsoft Outlook).

Equipment needed
In-House demo system
Below is a list of Demo "In-house equipment" (software and hardware) you must install for
the demo:

• Aeonix server with licenses (latest approved version)
• Video Appliance
• FXO Gateway (Optional)

Navigator
• Make sure you have a softphone setup (in addition to your desktop phone) in your
Navigator and that the phone is assign to you in the Aeonix
• IP address and username should be setup ahead of time

"A day before the demo" Preparation
4.1
Outlook
• Record a voice message -Before the presentation, record a Voice Message at your
extension. Make sure it will appear in your Outlook Inbox.
• Send a Fax – Before the presentation, send a fax to your extension. Make sure it will
appear in your Outlook Inbox.
4.2
Navigator
• Make sure you have a user available for the demo (like a tech support technician)
with the Call ID that matches the one you will use in the presentation.
