Schedule Details
Fees
 Delegates will arrive on the Sunday of the Exchange week.
 An Industry Overview session, led by a senior US Entertainment TV
professional will take place on the Monday morning.
 The meeting schedule will run from Monday morning and conclude on
Friday afternoon, with a break on Wednesday afternoon for your own
appointments.
During the course of the week, the Entertainment group will interact with meeting
hosts and speakers to provide participants with access to leading US practitioners
at shows, TV Networks, studios and new content platforms. Networking with
fellow members of the group during the week together will also add great value.
The week’s schedule will provide a range of perspectives and a variety of
sessions, examples below.
 Industry meetings with network, studio and production company
executives to explore their roles and current trends
 Informative discussions with US professionals to address contrasting
content development and production practices
 Observation of Production with shows and producers
 Potential screening opportunities for your own projects with buyers
 Assessing representation opportunities from the options of agencies,
entertainment lawyers, distributors and possible production
partners and allies
 Reviewing and analysing current successful formats and business models

Balance: £4485 to be settled
on receipt of invoice
The Entertainment Exchange fee
includes hotel accommodation,
certain lunches and main ground
transportation (excluding airport
transfers). MediaXchange covers 6
hotel nights, arriving Sunday and
departing the following Saturday.
Participants are responsible for their
own flights to the US and airport
transfer.
Car(s) may be assigned for
participants to drive during the week
if MediaXchange determines them
as being necessary to the transport
needs of the Schedule. If so, car(s)
will be covered in the Fee.
Exchange meetings will take place at
the offices, studios of host shows,
individual companies or at the
participants’ hotel.
