How to participate:

This promotion is open to any person of age twenty one (21)
years and older and is a Solaire Rewards Club member.
2.
Participation in this “Birthday Blowout Giveaway”
(“promotion”) constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.

Participants must be in good standing with Solaire Resort &
Casino (“Solaire”), must have a valid membership card, and
must not be barred by Solaire and/or the Philippine
Gaming Corporation or any of its regulated casinos.
The promotion period is from January 1 - December 26, 2014.

5. Points earning period commences from the 1st day of the
month, 6AM till the last Thursday of the month 8:55 PM,
only Solaire Rewards Club members celebrating their birthday
on that month can participate in the promotion.
6. By earning one hundred (100) points within the points earning
period, member will be entitled one (1) birthday blowout
lucky draw ticket.
7. There’s no limitation on the number of ticket a member is
entitled.
8. Once the points are earned, member may approach the club
counter for ticket printing. Ticket printing will only commence
on the ticket redemption period.
9. Printed birthday blowout lucky draw ticket must be put into
the lucky draw barrel five (5) minutes before the lucky draw.
10. All non-winning tickets will not be rolled over for the next
month. Barrel will be emptied every after monthly birthday
blowout lucky draw (last Thursday of the month).

11. Five (5) game contestants will be drawn to participate in
game section. If the contestants are not present, their
chances are forfeited. Redraw will be applied until all the five
(5) contestants are present.
13. After the game section, five (5) consolation winners will be
drawn and each awarded with Php 5,000 Free Play / Slot
Credits. One (1) redraw per winner is applied in any winner’s
absence.
Other Terms and Conditions:
14. Points earned prior to or after the qualifying points earning
period will not be applied in this promotion.
15. Eligible members are advised to request the table games
supervisor to swipe their Solaire Rewards Club cards at least
ten (10) minutes prior to the qualifying points earning cut-off
time so that points can be calculated accurately.
16. All lucky draw tickets (“tickets”) and prizes are non-transferable
and not for resale.
17. Free Play Vouchers must be exchanged to promotional chips
at the Cashier
18. All tickets are applicable only at Solaire.
19. Tickets that have been mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed,
forged, water-damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any
form, or which contains any computer programming, printing,
mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered NULL or
VOID and will not be eligible for use or redemption.
20. Drawn winners must present a proof of identity (valid
identification documents such as passport, travel document, ID
and residence card) and their Solaire Rewards Club card for
verification.
21. Lost or stolen lucky draw tickets will not be replaced.
22. Participation in this promotion grants permission by the
participants to use their names, photographs and/or videos for
promotional use without further notice, compensation, or need
of authorization for release.
Special Terms and Conditions:
29. As part of any redemption, the winner/s may sign legal
documents as may be required by Solaire and/or the prize
suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited
to a legal release and indemnity form.
30. By joining in this promotion, the user agrees to and will be
bound by these Terms and Conditions.
31. Failure to adhere to these promotion Terms and Conditions will
result in disqualification.
32. Employees of Solaire and their relatives up to the third degree
of consanguinity and affinity are prohibited from joining this
promotion.
12. Each contestant will be awarded with Free Play / Slot Credits
according to the game result. Each player will be given one
chance to play on the money wheel. The player who gets the
highest score wins the grand prize and so forth (based on the
prize matrix).
33. The management reserves the right to withhold and cancel the
awarding of prizes in case of any fraud.
Prizes Per Month
35. Solaire reserves the right to amend any Terms and Conditions
stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue the promotion
at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will
be subject to final decision of Solaire.

34. Solaire reserves the right to modify, change, and revise the
rules, prizes, and mechanics of this promotion without prior
