Cargo Release ABI Queue Update-OGA Corrections
Overview
In order to make OGA corrections through Cargo Release, you must go back
to the Cargo Release OGA screen(s) and make your corrections. When you
get to the C/R Queue Update screen, update and validation the file, then type
OGA to display the OGA Correction screen.
The OGA Correction screen lets you create the ABI Query file that will be
transmitted to Customs to correct the OGA data.
Procedure
To correct OGA data for a shipment file, perform the following steps.

On the File Number Assignment screen,
pull up the shipment file.

Go to the OGA screen, either through
the Tariff Classifications screen or via
the F8/Options menu.

Make your corrections to the existing
shipment data.

On the C/R Queue Update screen,
If you still have validation errors, correct
update and re-validate the shipment file. them before continuing.

Enter OGA in the ACTION field.
The OGA Corrections pop-up screen will
display.

Enter Y or N to select the OGA
corrections. Your options are:

Food and Drug (FDA)

Fish and Wildlife (FWS)
Update the screen.
The OGA options you select on this popup screen will determine the corrections
query to be created.
When you update the screen, ABI Query
file will be created. When the system is
done, it will return you to the C/R Queue
Update screen.
