GAIA I nternational S chool M uscat ·∙ A NOBEL TALENT SCHOOL OF SUSTAINABILITY ·∙ Sultanate of O man ENROLMENT & FEE REGULATIONS (SUMMARY) HOW TO ENROL When prospective parents have had an interview with the principal and are ready to enroll their children, we would like to receive a completed admission form plus: -‐ photocopy of the child’s birth certificate / passport -‐ 2 passport photos of your child -‐ photocopy of both father and mother’s identity cards / passports (if foreign citizens) -‐ photocopy of the child’s vaccination records (updated) -‐ 1 passport size photograph (each authorised parent/guardian) -‐ photocopy of both father’s and mother’s resident visa (if foreign citizens) -‐ any relevant medical information or record WHEN TO ENROL Prospective parents are reminded that we are usually glad to accept new children at any time during the school year, subject to spaces being available in the relevant classes. The school office is open, and the Principal available, to deal with enquiries, tours of the school and enrolments, from 8.30am to 4.30pm throughout the year, including school holidays. The office only closes at weekends and on national public holidays as well as the two working days right before and after first term holidays. WAITING LISTS Should the appropriate class for the child be full, a waiting list place may be offered.
