How To Place Your Order 1. Follow these 4 easy steps to place and receive your new merchandise! 1. CHOOSE YOUR MERCHANDISE FROM THE CATALOGUE AND FILL OUT THE ORDER FORM Complete the order form and ensure your name, address, and phone numbers are provided. Use the Custom Order sheet to specify any particular details for your order, such as names and placement of logo on your clothing. Important: Please include your business or cell phone where we can reach you during the day as OPC may need to contact you to verify your order. 2. SEND OPC YOUR ORDER FORM Save and send your completed order form in one of the following ways: BY EMAIL: send PDF order form to [email protected] BY FAX: send printed order form to Air Cadet League of Canada, OPC Office at 416-635-2789 3. RECEIVE AND REVIEW YOUR CONFIRMATOIN AND INVOICE FROM OPC Shortly after receiving your order, OPC will do a review to ensure all stock is available and that any custom requests that you have are approved. You will then receive your confirmation and Invoice by email which will clarify your order and the full price, including any taxes, shipping and unique costs for any customized or bulk order. 4. MAKE PAYMENT When you are ready, make your payment to OPC. You can make payment by one of the following methods: ONLINE: You may choose to pay online at www.aircadetleague.on.ca under the “Payments” tab using PayPal for our online transactions, which also allows you to make payment from your credit card, bank account, debit card, or your existing PayPal account. An Invoice Number is required to use this method. CHEQUE: Please make cheques payable to Air Cadet League of Canada – OPC. Once your payment is received, OPC will process the order and have it shipped to the address provided. Some additional notes: Out of Stock: Items which are out of stock can be substituted for the same product but different manufacturer. If there is a change, OPC will contact you in advance to ensure you are satisfied with the substitute. New Merchandise Request: Items not found in the catalogue can be sourced for you and OPC can provide pricing details. Return Policy We have an excellent relationship with our supplier. Returns for broken items, i.e., zippers, etc. will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please email [email protected] with your issue. Shipping: OPC to use Purolator shipping in order to secure the best rates. Given that each order will be unique, shipping costs will be calculated individually based on the estimate of size, weight and destination. Out-ofprovince shipping will be considerably higher than within Ontario.
