It is useful to know how to read a citation when searching materials you want.

 Finding full text journal articles in ACM Digital Library
»The ACM Digital Library (Association for Computing Machinery) provides full text
articles of more than 300 ACM publications. It includes all ACM journals,
magazines and newsletters, transactions, conference proceedings, and other ACM
affiliated organizations' publications.
How can I find an ACM articles in the E-Library?
Steps:
1. Go to E-Library at http://www.lib.ouhk.edu.hk
2. Select E-Journals & Databases.
3. Select Keyword Search > type in the database name:
“acm digital library”.
4. Select “ACM Digital Library” in the result list.
5. A new pop-up window will show the database search page.
6. You can type in a search term, e.g. “internet applications” in the search
box to search for related articles or browse the lists of ACM journals.

7. In the result page, select the PDF to read the full text of articles found.

» IEEE Xplore Digital Library provides online access to IEEE magazines, journals

6. Type in keywords to search. E.g. search “Social Networks”.

3. Select Keyword Search > type in the journal title:
“New Generation Computing” (with quotation marks).

the result list. A new pop-up window will show the database search page.
5. Type in the article title “Link Prediction based on Structural Properties of
Online Social Networks” in the search box. Click Search.
7. In the result page, select the PDF to read the full text.

2. Go to E-Books.
3. In Keyword Search, type in the book title:
“cloud computing” (with quotation mark).
4. Choose the word to be appeared as “title” and click “search.”

1. Go to Electronic Library home at http://www.lib.ouhk.edu.hk
2. Go to Library Catalogues.
3. Select OUHK Library Catalogue.
4. In Basic Search page, key in the title of the book, choose “Title” under
Field to Search, and click “Submit”.
5. Click on the title of the book in the result list to go to the publisher’s
website (e.g. CRC).
6. The Table of Content will be displayed and you can click the “PDF” links to
read the full text.
5. In the search result, click on the title to view the record in details. Click
“Where is it” to find out the location, status and due date of the book.
