****** Important Information Before You Begin ****** You must have access to your Kindred Email while you perform this registration for you Windows Phone 8 Device. During this registration, you will be sent an email with a link to verify your PIN. This step must be completed before the Windows Phone can be registered.
How to Configure Windows Phone 8 for MobileIron Page 2 1) Open Internet Explorer on the device. Touch the address field and type in kindred.byodportal.com/reg 2) When the page loads the following Mobility Agreement will be displayed. Scroll to the bottom, reading the agreement, and touch “Close This Window” 3) Enter the Your Kindred Username and Password, select whether or not the device is Employee Owned or Company Owned and select the check box agreeing to the Mobility Agreement you just read previously. Touch “Let’s Register” when complete. How to Configure Windows Phone 8 for MobileIron Page 3 4) Make note of the Server Address for your registration. We will use this Server Address for the MobileIron Client registration later. 5) You will receive an email from the MobileIron Server with a link to verify your PIN. If you do not verify your PIN first, your enrollment attempt will fail. Make note of the PIN and click the link in the email to start the verification process. Enter the PIN given to you in the email and click “Verify”. 7) After the PIN has been verified the following web page will appear with additional enrollment instructions. These instructions can be ignored. 8) On the Windows Device, open “Settings” and select “Company Apps”. How to Configure Windows Phone 8 for MobileIron Page 5 9) Select “Add Account”. In the next screen, enter in your Kindred Email and Kindred Password and touch the “sign in” button. 10) Enter your Kindred Username (not your email address) for the username and enter PROD.ISHEALTH.NET as the Domain. The server is the server name given to you in the registration process during step 4. Touch the “sign in” button after entering in this information. How to Configure Windows Phone 8 for MobileIron Page 6 11) Leave the check mark on the “Install Company App or HUB” box and touch “done”. After doing so, your device will now be shown as enrolled. 12) If you don’t already have one, you will receive a prompt to create a passcode for the device. Touch “set” to create a passcode.
