How to register online

How to register online
To help you get started online, we’ve put together this simple guide to help you register for
online access and update your account settings so you can opt to receive statements and
communications from us in line with your preferences.
1
Not yet registered for online access? Here’s how:
Visit www.alliancetrustsavings.co.uk/register and you will see this short registration form. Simply
complete all the fields and we’ll send you a username and password in the post* – you will then be
able to login with these details to access your preference settings and all our online trading features.
Complete the form
and click submit to
receive your username
and password within a
few working days*.
* Your username and password will be sent in the post separately for security purposes.
Once you’ve received your username and password, visit www.alliancetrustsavings.co.uk and
log in using the area in the top right corner. When you login for the first time, you will be asked
to create a personalised password. For security, your new password must contain 8-12 characters,
including at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one number.
2
Prefer to receive your statements online instead of through the
post? Here’s how to update your preferences:
1. Login and
navigate to the
Personal Details
section of the
website.
2. From here,
select Document
Settings.
3. Select
either Online
or Post from
the dropdown
selection.
4. Don’t forget to click Continue to
next step to save your changes.
If you’re unsure of any of the above steps, of if you have any other questions,
our client services team is more than happy to help.
