When starting a nonprofit organization, your primary objective should be to support issues or matters of a
private interest or public concern, such as, arts, charities, education, religion, research or some other
endeavor for non-commercial purposes.
You can participate in this how to seminar on two different levels. Level 1 is the seminar overview, where
we will discuss starting and managing a Nonprofit. The cost for level 1 participation is ONLY $49.99. This fee is
tax deductable.

In addition, for those attendees who are interested in moving forward with getting their Form 1023
application completed, right on the spot, we will have an expert, Les Holmes, from Randolph-Holmes &
Associates LLC on hand to assist you with each step required for completing your Form 1023 application.
The Form 1023 application process will be at the conclusion of the seminar. Your application will be
completed and ready to mail to the State of Maryland and the Internal Revenue Service. Most of you
already know, the Form 1023 is the most difficult step in completing your nonprofit paperwork. This
portion of the seminar will require you to bring your own laptop and have your own internet (Wi-Fi) or
(Hotspot) connection, the Form 1023 application can now be completed on line.
This portion of the seminar (Form 1023 online application completion) is Level 2 participation of the seminar
and is an additional cost of ONLY $125 (tax deductable).
