As a family, you can sell as many
magazines as you wish to reduce the
Sustaining Fee. There will be no limit on
how many you can sell. 50% of sales will
be applied to your account at the
conclusion of the Magazine Drive on
October 31.

ScripZone Gift Cards for your shopping
needs. There are numerous retail
merchants available for you to choose
from through this website. The
designated percentage attached to
the various Gift Cards will be applied to
your account at the end of each month.
Sell Auction
Raffle Tickets
Selling raffle tickets at $25 each will
reduce the Sustaining Fee dollar for
dollar. Tickets can be picked up at the
front office on August 1 so you can
begin selling these tickets to friends and
family. Drawings for this raffle will be held
at the Annual Spring Auction.
PAY in FULL
You can choose to pay the 2014-15
Sustaining Fee without fundraising! There
are three payment plan options available:
● Annually in August
● Semi-annually ($400 assessed on
August 1 and due December 1;
$400 assessed on January 1 and
due May 1)
● Monthly beginning in August

The Drive will run NOW – October 31. We are allowing you the
opportunity to FUNDraise to help reduce the $800 Sustaining Fee.
You can sell as many magazines as you wish beginning now.
Prizes for MAGAZINE SALES
Prizes will be delivered once the Magazine drive ends on October 31. Prizes are
delivered based on the dollar amount of magazine sales only submitted by
8:30 AM, Friday, OCTOBER 31.

30th Annual TCS Auction

Families who choose to pay any portion of
their Sustaining Fee in cash may use that
amount to purchase Raffle Tickets up to
the day of the Auction
SPECIAL FAMILY INCENTIVES!!
Once again, Raffle Ticket sales will help
reduce the Sustaining Fee. Tickets will be
available in the school office beginning
Friday, August 1. Ask your friends and
family to purchase tickets so they will have
the opportunity to win cash prizes!
An Auction Packet will be mailed at a later date with more
information about Family Incentives.

There will be SIX Drawings for $1000!
The winning raffle ticket holder does not have to be present to win.
Winners not present will be contacted and will receive their cash prizes either through mail or by pickup at the
TCS front office.

Creating Your Personal Account
To begin, log on to www.scripzone.com.
Click on “New User”
• Fill out the all of the blanks on the registration form.
• Select your own security question.
Click “Accept and Create User”.
• Continue to complete the registration form by filling in your name, address, and phone number.
Click “Finish”
On the new screen you will enter the school group ID 478272TCS and click “Join Group”
Your group will appear on the screen in the table.
Placing Your Order
Before ordering, you must select your group (Trinity Christian School), team (2014-15 TCS Crusaders), and
method of payment (Pay to Group Coordinator).
Click “Set Information for this Order” to begin shopping!
You will be taken to a page that gives you options for you to make your selection.
After you are finished, click on “add to shopping cart” and review your order.
Make any changes necessary and then click “checkout.”
Select one of the delivery methods - “pickup” or “send with child.”
Then click “Place Your Order.” A new screen with the details of your order will appear.
Print this page for your records, AND send a copy of this to Beth Traxler, along with your payment. Make
checks payable to TCS.
No orders will be processed until payment with order form is received.
Receiving Your Order
School Year Orders — Every Monday, all order forms with payments received by noon will be compiled
and processed. The orders will be available for pickup at the TCS Front Office or sent home with your child,
if specified, on Friday.
First Order date for the 2014-15 School year will be August 18, 2014.
