Please submit to UEC by fax (+34 914 291 238) or by
email ([email protected]) the following documentation:
• Copy of the entry form.
• Copy of the receipt for payment
of the entry fee.

SUBMITTING YOUR WINES

• All samples should be accompanied, within the same
package, by the following documentation:
- Original of the entry form.
- Analysis report.
- Commercial invoice stating that the
samples are not intended for sale.
- Original wine label.
• Samples should be sent with all transport and delivery
costs and customs duties —when required— fully paid.
• Wine that arrives after the deadline date will not be
accepted. Returns or refunds cannot be issued.
