The contact email for any issues on the Moodle login is [email protected] However you can also fill in student support section at http://moodle.vdu.lt (for more info, see Student support section). The address of VMU virtual learning environment is http://moodle.vdu.lt. It is recommended to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for proper environment running. Picture 1. VMU Moodle Login Window at http://moodle.vdu.lt. Enter your username and password and click on “Login” button. You should now be logged in. If you get error message, please check the password - it cannot exceed 12 characters. If this is the issue, please change your password to a shorter one. You can do this with FirstClass program: FirstClass-> Collaborate -> Change Password. If this doesn’t help, fill in support section at the same window (for more on students support see Student support section in this manual). Picture 2 VMU Moodle Homepage. Available courses As long as you are not enrolled at any course, you will see “Available courses” – this is a list of all available courses at VMU Moodle. If you are a virtual mobility student at VMY, you will be automatically enrolled at the courses you are studying this semester. They will be displayed on “My Courses” list as soon as you are logged in into the platform. Picture 3 VMU Moodle Homepage. Click on the faculty/department of your course. Picture 4 list of Faculties/Departments Then click subcategory “Master” or “Bachelor” studies and select program of study. Then click the name of the course. Picture 5 List of the Courses How to Enroll to the Course You will need an enrolment key from your teacher to enrol in the course. The teacher usually gives it during the Introduction lecture. Picture 6 Enrolling in the Course Enter your enrolment key and click on “Enrol me” button. Now you should be in the homepage of the course. Here you will find the structure of the course and links to the course curriculum provided by the teacher. The blocks on the left and right side of the page will help you to find the information. You will find the “Logout” button in the “Logged in user” box on the top right of the Moodle homepage. It is easily managed when installed at your computer; however it is also accessible via internet browser at http://fc.vdu.lt. For downloading the programme - press the button Kliento programos (Client programs) and follow the steps which are presented in this website. Picture 12 VMU FirstClass server homepage. Install client program If you do not want to install client programme on your computer – connect using internet browser. Open internet browser and enter the address of VMU FirstClass server (http://fcis.vdu.lt/login) enter your login information and press the button Prisijungti (Login).
