References: If asked they should be willing to give you references. They should
also belong to an organisation that can help them keep up on the latest technology
and cleaning procedures. This would be the IICRC, SCRIA, The Advantage Group or
perhaps another local or national association.
Pricing: Pricing should always be fair, both to the customer and the professional.
Don‟t expect the low type of pricing you see in some coupon mailers. True
