What is Horse Management? Structure of Horse Management and USPC Board of Governors National Office Staff Activities Council Discipline Committees Instruction Council Instruction Committees Participates on Activities and Instruction Councils Supports Horse Management Organizers (HMO) Horse Management Committee Oversees Chief Horse Management Judges (CHMJ) Recruit & Support Provisional CHMJs Train Assistant Horse Management Judges (AHMJ) Deliver Regional and Club-Level Instruction Judge at Rallies HM is the foundation upon which individuals develop into well-rounded horsemen. *Members model Horse Management skills appropriate to his/her certification at all times.
