1.
Entries able to be submitted via equestrianentries.co.nz or on official ESNZ entry form with CURRENT REGISTRATION and
entry/stabling payment. ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.
2.
Additional levies:
 ESNZ Jumping Levy $5 per equine for the show
 ESNZ Jumping Flexi-start $10 per equine for horses who do not have a Jumping Annual start. Horses using a Flexi-start
may start in non-series classes
 Ground/First Aid levy of $15 per horse to be included with entries.
 Covered Yards available at $40, priority will be given to higher grade horses & ponies. Open Yards $20 for entire show.
Late entries cannot be guaranteed horse accommodation. Stallions allocated covered yards Strictly first come first
served basis.
3.
PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO WELLINGTON-HOROWHENUA SHOWJUMPING
4.
Any changes/transfers of classes - $2.00. Late Entries 50% surcharge. All class changes to be done by 5.00pm the day
before.
5.
All sratchings & yarding refunds are less 25% if notified by 5.00pm 28 November or with the provision of a Vet or Doctor
certificate.
6.
All ESNZ Jumping & Show Hunter run under current ESNZ rules. All Series Classes will be run according to Series Conditions
2014/2015
7.
Only one Championship class may be entered per day, this includes Grand Prix’s, but excludes Show Hunter.
8.
Dress Code: Formal standard Dress (Art. 256.1.5) for Ring One, Championship & Series Classes. All other classes Minimum
Standard of Dress (Art 256.1.4)
9.
The grounds at the Foxton Race Course will be irrigated to ensure we have available the best jumping surface possible.

10. The Committee reserves the right to alter the programme of events as it sees fit. Classes may be split and run
simultaneously if entries warrant
11. Anyone caught jumping fences outside practice round time or competition will be disqualified from the show.
12. Anyone considered abusing their horse will be banned from the remainder of the show at Ground Jury’s discretion
13. DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH at all times while on the Grounds.
14. No motorbikes may be ridden after dark, the Owner of the motorbike will be held responsible for any irresponsible
behavior
15. Riders compete at their own risk and Spectators and riders enter grounds at their own risk.
16. A meal will be offered on Saturday night at a cost of $???, please order this at the time of you submitting your entries. The
meal may not go ahead if there isn’t sufficient interest.

SHOWHUNTER CONDITIONS
1.
All Open classes HOY qualifiers.
2.
Classes may run back to back at judge’s discretion.
3.
Ponies may compete in any Open Classes but may only enter the NZ H/P class appropriate to their registered category
height.
4.
Category A, B & C striding 10’, 10’6 and 11’. Pony High Points Cat A must be 133cm & under, Cat B must be over 133cm up
to & incl. 143cm and Cat C must be over 143cm up to & incl. 148cm inclusive as per ESNZ Show Hunter Rules
5.
Horse rider combinations in Low Hunter competitions please refer Show Hunter rules Version 6 2013. NOTE: Riders in Low
Hunter classes MUST have a full membership. Anyone on a Flexi start will NOT get points towards HOY.
6.
Points will be awarded in all High Point Pony Classes, Junior and Amateur classes at Central Districts SJ & SH Champs,
Feilding A&P, Wellington SJ and SH Champs and Horowhenua A&P. Classes denoted by a PE - There will be a Rug and
Rosette for the winner of this circuit Sponsored by PREBBLE EQUESTRIAN
