What is SNiPER®

SNiPER® is a Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable Cleaner, EPA Registered
Disinfectant and Bio Deodorizer.

Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2):
o Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2) is an extremely effective and powerful biocide
that has been used for many years, exhibiting rapid kill over a wide range
of organisms.
o It does not form chlorinated molecules in the presence of organics and is
efficacious over a wide pH range
o Although chlorine and chlorine dioxide share the word “chlorine” in their
names, their chemistries are very different, Unlike chlorine, chlorine
dioxide doesn’t chlorinate
o It works through oxidation and penetrates bacteria cell walls and reacts
with vital amino acids in the cytoplasm of the cell to kill the organism
o CLO2 disrupts the cell wall for a total cell kill

SNiPER®’s unique formulation has enabled chlorine dioxide to be harnessed in a
stable solution with 2,000 ppm available CLO2 by volume

How does SNiPER® work:
o SNiPER® Solution produces only the amount of CLO2 that is required to
penetrate the cell wall and affect a kill of the target. The process is halted
when the target Bacterial/Spore or VOC is eliminated
o It does this with a 2000 ppm per volume potential at the start of the
process, with residual potential left over after elimination of target, going
dormant to wait for next encounter with additional target Bacterial/Spore
or a VOC
o It produces CLO2 without the toxicity of generated CLO2 gas. SNiPER®
is stored and deployed in the form of a liquid by spray or anatomization

SNiPER® is non-harmful to humans, plants, and animals

SNiPER® is biodegradable, hypo-allergenic, non-corrosive, non-flammable and
has the highest efficacy
