Experience Compression Laboratory is a one-of-a-kind, experiential, leadership process that has withstood the test of time. As participants manage the challenges of the week they have the opportunity to not only analyze their response to the challenge but are also invited to go deeper and evaluate why they responded the way that they did and examine with peers and experienced facilitators how the situation may have been handled in different ways. Through a series of exercises the participant-leader is able to identify patterns of their leadership behavior and which ones are more and less effective.
