Quality Guarantee/Returns
HIMSS publications and CD ROMs come with a quality guarantee.
If you are not fully satisﬁed with a HIMSS product, you may return
the product for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To return an item, please follow the instructions listed below:
• Products must be unmarked and in good resalable condition
for credit.
• All returned products should be shipped to:

• A HIMSS packing list must accompany all returned
products.
• HIMSS recommends insuring packages for prompt delivery.
HIMSS is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
• Shipping charges will be not credited.
• Products damaged in shipment to purchasers will
be replaced free of charge if notiﬁcation is received within 30
days of product receipt. If notiﬁcation is received after 30 days,
customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement copy.
• All refunds will be issued by check. Please allow two to three
weeks for processing.
• Packages returned due to incomplete addresses will be
charged at customer’s expense.

HIMSS offers quantity discounts for publications based on purchases
of 15 or more of the same product shipped to the same location.
NOTE: These discounts are not offered through the online Store.
