The Investment
Wind4All Communities II Inc. (Wind4All) is the third in the family of Wind4All companies, established
to bring clean renewable energy to the province of Nova Scotia. Wind4All intends to invest the net
proceeds of its CEDIF Offering in the two-turbine, 4.6 MW Aulds Mountain Community Wind Farm,
which is located in Pictou County.

Late Stage Investment Approach
In order to shelter Wind4All and its investors from many of the risks associated with the development
phase of the project, the net proceeds of the CEDIF Offering will not be invested until the Aulds
Mountain Community Wind Farm has achieved certain milestones including:
1. Power Purchase Agreement with NS Power
2. Grid Connection Agreement with NS Power
3. COMFIT Approval issued by the Nova Scotia Department of Energy
4. Environmental Assessment Approval (Conditional)
5. 12 month wind resource assessment completed
6. Development Permit(s) / Planning Approval issued by Pictou County
*The additional 20% and 10% Equity Tax Credits are subject to additional conditions, and there is no guarantee that Wind4All will qualify for these credits.
