If person has the MyABB access rights
already, the Technical Partners Portal
access has been added as one new
additional ”Your services”. No additional
actions needed for activating the rights.
If one has just now received the MyABB
& Technical Partners Portal access
rights, the following actions for activating
the access needs to be made within 96
hours.

Steps to activate ID to ABB Technical Partners –portal
After the application is approved and access is activated, the person gets an email
from ABB administrator.
- Sender’s name: “no-reply.www” –
- Subject: Your abb.com account has been created - Dear “person’s name”
Welcome to My ABB!
In the email the “Temporary Password” is enclosed

Login at www.abb.com or www.abb.com + sub page or direct login at
www.abb.com/MyABB/Partners
with email address and temporary password provided

Change your password

Confirm your ”security key” (so that agents are not able to operate with your
ID)

accepted.
