ground, quick reversal type, oiled for life, with automatic thermal overload cutout, integral gears, capacitor and an electric brake to
prevent coasting. To have preset but adjustable limit switches to automatically stop the picture surface in the “up” and “down”
positions. The roller to be of rigid metal. Roller mounting brackets to be adjustable to allow centering or offsetting of the screen within
the case. Screen case to be a two piece design made of extruded aluminum. Case to be finished in white, lightly textured powder
coat. Screen fabric to be flame retardant and mildew resistant fiberglass with black masking borders standard. Bottom of fabric shall
be formed into a pocket holding a metal rod. Screen to include a three-position control switch and cover plate. Screen to be listed by

OPERATION:
Cover flips up for disposal of sanitary napkins and for servicing container. Disposable paper liners for the container are
available as an optional accessory: order Bobrick Part No. 270-12.
INSTALLATION:
For partitions with particle-board or other solid core, secure with two #8 x 3/4'' (4.2 x 19mm) sheet-metal screws (not
furnished) at all points indicated by an S, or provide through-bolts, nuts, and washers.
For hollow-core metal partitions, provide solid backing into which sheet-metal screws can be secured. If two units are
installed back-to-back, then provide threaded sleeves and machine screws for the full thickness of partition.
For masonry walls, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with sheet-metal screws, or provide 3/16" (5mm) toggle
bolts or expansion bolts.
For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit with
sheet-metal screws.
SPECIFICATION:
Surface-mounted sanitary napkin disposal shall be type-304 stainless steel with all-welded construction; exposed surfaces
shall have satin finish. Front of sanitary napkin disposal shall have same degree of arc and match other Bobrick Contura™
Series accessories in the washroom. Radius on corners and edges of sanitar y napkin disposal shall complement other
Bobrick Contura™ Series washroom accessories. Cover shall be drawn, one-piece, seamless construction and secured to
container with a full-length stainless steel piano-hinge. Container shall have integral finger depression for opening cover.
Manufacturer's service and parts manual shall be provided to the building owner/manager upon completion of project.

MATERIALS:
Frame — 18-8 S, type-304, heavy-gauge stainless steel, 3/4" x 3/4" (19 x 19mm) angle with vertical-grain satin ﬁnish. Onepiece, roll-formed construction forms continuous integral stiffener on all sides. Bevel design on front of angle holds frame
tightly against mirror. Corners are welded, ground, and polished smooth. Galvanized steel back is fastened to frame with
concealed screws and equipped with integral horizontal hanging brackets. Concealed Phillips-head locking screws securely
fasten mirror to wall hanger(s).
Designer's Note: Type 304 stainless steel provides superior corrosion resistance, compared to 400 Series stainless steel, against
enviromental moisture, hose-down maintenance and strong cleaning solution.

Mirror — (B-2906 Series) Stretcher leveled stainless steel with reﬂective, highly polished strip ﬁnish. Tempered masonite
backing.
(B-2908 Series) No. 1 quality, 1/4" (6mm) tempered select ﬂoat glass: selected for silvering and electrolytically
copper-plated by the galvanic process.
(B-2909 Series) 1/4" (6mm) thick. Two pieces of 1/8" (3mm) select ﬂoat glass: selected for silvering, laminated
with 0.003'' (0.08mm) thick clear vinyl in the center, and electrolytically copper-plated by the galvanic process.
Note: These reﬂective surfaces resist breakage and provide a measure of safety from broken glass, but differ in
color and reﬂective quality from standard glass mirrors.
All edges protected by plastic ﬁller strips. Backs of all glass mirrors are protected by full-size, shock-absorbing,
water-resistant, nonabrasive, 3/16" (5mm) thick polyethylene padding.
Concealed Wall Hanger(s) — 20-gauge (0.9mm) galvanized steel. incorporates lower support member forming rigid
rectangle, which engages lower backplate louvers to keep bottom of mirror against wall.
INSTALLATION:
Mount wall hanger on wall with screws (not furnished) at points indicated by an S. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide
concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure wall hanger with screws (not furnished). For other wall
surfaces, provide ﬁber plugs or expansion shields for use with screws (not furnished), or provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or
expansion bolts. Hang mirror on wall hanger. Lock mirror to wall hanger by tightening Phillips-head locking screws that are
concealed in bottom of frame at points indicated by a T.
Snap Locking Design — Locking devices automatically secure mirror to concealed wall hanger when it is lowered into ﬁnal
position (see ﬁgure 3). Locking devices may be unlocked by inserting two ﬂat blade screwdrivers behind each side of mirror
near the bottom or under the bottom of the mirror and pulling mirror bottom forward and then up.
Screw locking Design — Lock mirror to wall hanger by tightening Phillips-head locking screws that are concealed in the
bottom of frame at points indicated by a T (see ﬁgure 4). Mirror may be unlocked from wall hanger by loosening locking
screws and lifting mirror off of concealed wall hanger.

TowelMate® Towel Rod Assembly — Consisting of a round Nylon Rod and (2) stainless steel Rod Screws for attachment, is field
replaceable. Stainless steel Stop Screws (2) lock TowelMate Rod assembly in place. To retrofit TowelMate into existing installed units
manufactured prior to June 2010, order TowelMate Accessory Bobrick Model No. 369-130.
OPERATION:
Unit dispenses C-fold or multifold paper towels 2-1/2" to 3-13/16" (64–97mm) deep without adjustment or use of adapters.
Load paper in towel tray, and then pull one sheet of paper towel over the TowelMate towel rod and out to conceal rod and start

INSTALLATION:
Mount unit on wall with four #10 x 1-1/4" (4.8 x 32mm) sheet-metal mounting screws (not furnished) at points indicated by
an S. For plaster or dry wall construction, provide concealed backing to comply with local building codes, then secure unit
with sheet-metal screws. For other wall surfaces, provide fiber plugs or expansion shields for use with sheet-metal screws, or
provide 1/8" (3mm) toggle bolts or expansion bolts.
SPECIFICATION:
Surface-mounted paper towel dispenser shall be type-304 stainless steel with all-welded construction; exposed surfaces
shall have satin finish. Front of paper towel dispenser door shall have same degree of arc as other Bobrick ConturaSeries
accessories in the washroom. Radius on corners and edges of door and cabinet shall complement other Bobrick ConturaSeries
washroom accessories. Unit equipped with TowelMate consisting of a 90° return towel guide bracket inside cabinet to prevent
paper towels from falling forward out when door is opened for servicing and a Nylon Rod across the center of the towel tray
to dispense paper towels one at a time. Door shall be drawn, one-piece, seamless construction; secured to cabinet with a fulllength stainless steel piano-hinge; and equipped with a tumbler lock keyed like other Bobrick washroom accessories. Unit
shall be capable of dispensing 400 C-fold or 525 multifold paper towels 2-1/2" to 3-13/16" (64–97mm) deep without adjustment

Clearance between the grab bar and wall is 1-1/2" (38mm).
Concealed Mounting Flanges — 18-8 S, type-304, 1/8" (3mm) thick, stainless steel plate; end ﬂanges 2" x 3-1/8" (50 x 80mm) with two holes for attachment
to wall. Intermediate ﬂanges 2-5/8" x 3-1/8" (65 x 80mm) wide x 3-1/8" (80mm) diameter.

STRENGTH:
Bobrick grab bars that provide 1-1/2" (38mm) clearance from wall can support loads in excess of 900 pounds (408kg) if properly installed. Other grab bar
conﬁgurations can support loads in excess of 250 pounds (113kg) if properly installed, complying with barrier-free accessibility guidelines (including ADAAG
in the U.S.A.) for structural strength
Warning: Grab bars are no stronger than the anchors or walls to which they are attached and, therefore, must be ﬁrmly secured in order to support the loads for
which they are intended.
INSTALLATION:
Provide concealed anchor device or backing as speciﬁed or required in accordance with local building codes before wall is ﬁnished. Fasten concealed mounting ﬂanges to anchor device or backing with two screws in each ﬂange. Snap ﬂange covers over each mounting ﬂange to conceal mounting screws. Concealed
anchor devices and mounting screws are not included with Bobrick grab bars and must be speciﬁed as an accessory.
For Grab Bars with an Intermediate Flange(s), Pull Snap-Flange Covers away from mounting ﬂanges. Place grab bar in desired mounting location. Use
intermediate ﬂange as a template to mark location of mounting screws at intermediate ﬂange only. Mark screw locations at the center of the slot in the middle
of the double-keyhole shaped mounting holes (2) in the intermediate ﬂange. Remove grab bar from wall. Drive the intermediate ﬂange mounting screws into
wall at marked locations. Note: Make sure to leave a space of just over 1/8'' (3.17mm) between the underside of the screw head and the wall. install grab
bar on the wall by placing the round ends of the intermediate ﬂange double-keyhole shaped mounting holes over the mounting screws (2) are located in the
middle of the ﬂange slots. Install the mounting screws into the wall at the end ﬂanges and secure tightly. Tighten the mounting screws at the intermediate
ﬂange. Press all snap-ﬂange covers into place to conceal mounting ﬂanges.

All recessed and semi-recessed cabinets and surface-mounted steel cabinets have a heavy gauge, white baked enamel box. Surface-mounted
cabinets with aluminum door and trim have a box constructed entirely of clear or color anodized aluminum. Surface-mounted cabinets with
stainless steel door and trim have a box constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish.
Steel and stainless steel cabinets have a full ½" thick hollow metal heavy gauge door. Trims and doors feature one piece construction with satin
finish pull handle, continuous matching hinge, and self-adjusting roller catch. Baked white enamel finish is standard for steel units. Stainless
steel cabinets have a #4 finish, 304 stainless steel.
Aluminum cabinet doors and trims are extruded or fabricated aluminum with clear satin anodized finish. Aluminum door is ½" thick with satin
finish matching pull handle and hinge. Color anodized finishes are available as options.
STEP 1: Select cabinet model number from the dimensions on page 2 and indicate on the top of this sheet. To specify aluminum trim and door,
use the prefix, "AL" before the model number. To specify stainless steel trim and door, use the prefix, "SS" before the model number. Note:
