NDE Global Technical Services significantly enhances its operations in USA and Canada, completing the
acquisitions of Construction Technical Services, Inc. and EPC Resources, Inc.
We are proud to announce the recent completion of two acquisitions in USA and Canada. These acquisitions
significantly enhance NDE’s operations in the region and internationally and are an important step in meeting
its strategic growth objectives. Both businesses have well-recognised brands in their respective markets and
demonstrate NDE and edif’s continued investment in experienced industry personnel and their businesses.
Construction Technical Services, Inc. (“CTSI”)
CTSI (www.ctsisite.com) is a leading Houston-based provider of Inspection and related services to the
Construction, Refining, Petrochemical and Offshore industries.
CTSI supplies highly qualified personnel to provide onshore and offshore support in the technical disciplines of
Quality Assurance, Engineering, Quality Control and Project Management. CTSI have provided efficient, reliable
and competent consulting services with a particular focus on the upstream Drilling & Completion sector since
1993. This includes third party inspection, Welding consultation, OCTG, pipeline and onshore/ offshore
production-related engineering and Quality services.
CTSI principally works with major US and International Oil & Gas producers and Engineering, Procurement and
Construction businesses. These include Chevron, BP, Marathon Oil, Transocean, Hess and Technip, amongst
many other well-known businesses in the upstream sector.
In addition, CTSI’s Joint Venture in Saudi Arabia, Construction Technical Services Arabia Ltd (www.ctsar.com)
(“CTSA”) provides a variety of In-Service and Vendor Inspection services, principally to in-Kingdom clients. CTSA
is an approved/ qualified provider of technical services to Saudi Aramco, SABIC and other clients in the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia.
CTSI’s founder and President, Phil Lamey, will continue to manage the business and lead the ongoing
development and growth of the company as part of NDE’s senior team in the North American region.

EPC Resources, Inc. (“EPC”)
EPC (www.epc-resources.com) is a Canadian based provider of Engineering, Procurement and Construction
related project management resources to the Oil & Gas, Power, Mining and Heavy Engineering sectors.
EPC provides a range of services, principally focused on Vendor Inspection, QA/ QC and Project Expediting.
Working with a strong technical global network of managers, engineers, inspectors, technicians and support
staff, the company has delivered these services domestically and in all major international regions since 2006.
Based in Montreal, EPC principally works with major Canadian and international Engineering, Procurement and
Construction businesses.

As part of the acquisition, EPC’s founders, Rick and Jim Zizian, will also continue to manage the business and
lead the ongoing development and growth of the company as part of NDE’s senior management team in the
region.
Phil, Rick and Jim will work closely with NDE’s Regional VP, John Toomey, and his team based in Houston, Texas,
as well as the wider NDE Global management team, led by Managing Director Angela Jackson.
