Inc. signed a 3-year USD 40 Million term loan facility with Mizuho Bank Ltd. The proceeds of the loan will be used to prepay and refinance certain debts said. Alberto de Larrazabal, Globe Telecom's Chief Financial Officer. "The loan will help us generate savings," said Mr. de Larrazabal, noting the favorable environment in the debt market. In the first three-months of the year, the company's consolidated revenues reached P2i .36 Billion, a 6% rise from -R20.25 Billion a year earlier, pushing core net profit to reach P3.1 Billion, a 13% advance from P2.7 Billion in the previous year.
