Notice to Tenderers #1
The following are clarifications to or changes to the tender documents:
1
Please allow to install a hook rail into each of the two changing rooms along
with hooks. The hook rail location is to correspond with the seats in the changing
rooms. This is as indicated on the attached revisions of sheets 102 and 303.
2
Please allow to install a new drinking fountain onto the south wall of the toilets.
This is to be as indicated on the attached revisions of sheets 102, 113 & 201.
3
High level windows in the classroom, breakout room and library/MP room are to
opened and closed with electronic winding gear. This is to be as indicated on
the attached revisions of sheets 108 & 502.

There have been numerous minor changes made to the attached revision of
sheet 108 (Electrical/Data/Alarms Plan). This are listed as follows:
 Speaker input point in classroom has been moved
 HDMI input/output points added to classroom and library/MP room
 4 extra data points added to ceiling in library/MP room
 Two new double power points added in music store within joinery
 Window winding gear now shown as per 3 above.

The Mikes Woodshop whiteboard unit specification has been altered and the
modules included are now to be D, B & D in lieu of the modules originally
specified. This is indicated on the attached revision of sheet 204.

Interior elevations for the library/MP room have been updated to show the wall
mounted shelving. Please note that Composition is to be laid behind these
fittings. Refer attached revision of sheet 206.

The backs of the hinged shelving units on the south wall of the library/MP room
are to have whiteboards on the upper half of them. This is now indicated on the
revision of sheet 406 attached.

Door hardware to doors D101, D103 & D105 has been changed to delete the
pedestal latchback and include a door closer with hold-open. This is as
indicated on the attached revision of sheet 501.
