As Is Values should never exceed Repaired Values. The Repaired Values should be higher than or equal to your As Is Values. This is an
exterior report and repairs are not always visible based on exterior inspection. In cases such as this, the values can be identical.
You suggested list prices should be equal to or higher than your market values. The list prices should never be below your opinion of
market value.

Helpful Tips:
If Repairs were not visible based on the exterior inspection, simply leave the repair estimates set at zero. The repairs that you do provide should be based on
your observation of the exterior only. Assume the interior of the subject property to be in average condition as you will not be able to confirm true condition
based on an exterior inspection.
