Ree Salter, owner/seller, acknowledges the sale and transfer of ownership of the above referenced
AKC registered Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppy to the following buyer:
The buyer acknowledges the purchase price of $600.00 + 40.50 sales tax entitles them limited AKC registration.
Deposit check of $300 received/deposited– balance of $340.5 due when puppy picked up.
Seller guarantees the puppy is in good health and free from any communicable disease. This guarantee will extend for
a period of 7 (seven) days from the date puppy leaves sellers possession. If during this period the puppy is examined
by a licensed veterinarian and a pre-existing health condition is discovered, attending vet must provide a written
statement as to the diagnosis. The buyer may return the puppy and seller will exchange the puppy for another of
equal value from the next available litter. If the condition is minor and medication will quickly correct the situation,
seller will pay for medication only. This will be at the sellers discretion
Seller will replace the puppy up to one year of age should it develop life threatening defects of a genetic or congenital
origin. A written Veterinarian’s assessment must be submitted to the seller. Depending on the diagnosis, buyer may
return the puppy and receive another puppy of equal value from the next available litter or keep the puppy and receive
a discount on a future puppy.
Buyer understands that this puppy is a purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi and is being sold for the seller's pet price.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy neutered or spayed prior to it reaching sexual maturity – 6 months for males and 9
months for females. The puppy may not be used for breeding. An AKC limited registration means AKC will not register
a litter from this puppy.
