Features
Overview
The A8110 is an universal sample compartment designed
exclusively for the C11200 Picosecond Fluorescence Lifetime
Measurement System. The A8110 can be easily mounted on
an optical bench (with M6 holes at 50 mm pitch) or any
convenient bench using the A8111 base plate.
Interchangeable sample holders are available for cryostat,
semiconductor wafers, organic chemistry samples (solution
and film), and dewar units. To ensure the superb reproducibility,
the optical axis stays the same position even when
interchanging sample holders or mounting/removing samples.
