X-CAP Semi-automatic TPE Septum Cap Sealer
The electronic X-CAP sealer will cap 96-well format racked
tubes and microplates and can be used with FluidX storage
tubes and TPE septum caps, Micronic TPE capmats, Matrix
Technologies sepraseals and Abgene sealing mats.
The depth of capping action can be adjusted so that all
tube types can be capped effectively.
TPE Septum Caps
FluidX TPE septum caps can be used to seal any storage
tube (polypropylene or glass) in 96 well format.
Manufactured from thermoplastic elastomer, our TPE
septum caps are suitable for storing samples between -80
and 110°C.
When used with FluidX racks which feature TubeLock, the
X-CAP is also able to automatically lock and unlock tubes
within the rack for added sample security.
Individual tubes can also be unloacked by hand by simply
pulling upwards to remove.
The X-CAP will take only 20-30 seconds to cap a complete
rack of 96 tubes and can be used with both full or partially
filled racks.

Contains:
FluidX Sample Storage Tubes
96-well format polypropylene tubes with laser-etched 2D
barcode on base. Internal screw thread, can be used with
either TPE septum caps or screw caps.
Tri-labelled Jacket Tubes feature a 2D barcode on the
base, and a linear barcode and human readable ID on the
jacket side.
Standard internal thread storage tubes are available in
0.5ml, 1.0ml and 1.4ml volumes.
Jacket Tubes can be ordered in 0.75ml and 1.3ml volumes.
X-Cap Semi-Automatic Capmat Capper
For sealing 96-well format sample storage tubes with TPE septum
caps. Adapter set included. (Cat no 46-2004)
FluidX Sample Storage Tubes in 96 format with internal thread
screw top, suitable for use with either TPE septum caps or screw
caps. With 2D barcode. (Jacket Tubes come with 2D barcode, linear barcode and human readable ID). 1 case (10 racks)

Standard internal thread storage tubes in 0.5ml, 1.0ml or 1.4ml
volume orFluidX Jacket Tubes in 0.75ml and 1.3ml volume.
