NMLS will automatically generate “subscribable notifications” and “email” communications when certain actions are taken.
Institution Account Administrators or their designees will receive the institution notifications and emails. Mortgage Loan Originators
will receive all individual emails. Notifications and emails may be received in real time or on a nightly basis and will be sent from
[email protected].


Notifications – User subscribable emails that the account administrator can grant access to. If no users are assigned to
receive a notification, the notification is sent to all Account Administrators.
Emails – Emails are non-subscribable. These are sent to the recipient with no option to opt out and are triggered by an
event in the system.

4. Make the requested corrections by entering the appropriate section(s) of the form in your record.
5. Select Completeness Check and Submit on the left panel.
6. Resolve any outstanding completeness issues, if applicable.
7. Click the oath box and then the “Attest” button that appears at the bottom of the page to submit the filing.
