Introduction The purpose of this report is to compile all applicable data pertaining to a specific aircraft into a digital format. Most of the data is formatted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format or Microsoft Word. The data will be linked within the report and printable. If a “free” copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required, it can be obtained on the Internet directly from the highlighted link http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Note: Any report created for a specific aircraft is a snapshot of that aircraft’s maintenance activities. The report is than time sensitive, as is the aircraft, which is continually under review for ensuring its airworthiness. This report can be amended to reflect changes and additions (maintenance or modifications). Archiving services for all FAA mandated records; modifications or repairs for an aircraft are available. This service can digitally create an Adobe Acrobat file for all your aircraft’s records, pictures, or other pertinent information, which you wish to retain. The information can be contained on a CD-ROM disk, which is easily transportable and viewable. This digitally created information can be use to recreate aircraft records if for some reason the permanent records are damaged or destroyed. In many cases, this can increase the resale value of an aircraft II. Aircraft Identification/Configuration The aircraft identified in the table, which follows, contains the model and serial numbers for the airframe, engines, and propellers as they were obtained for the generation of this report. Any changes to this configuration will invalidate some of the information contained herein. It is the responsibility of the owner/operator to verify aircraft’s current configuration. Note: As required by Federal Aviation Regulation §91.417 (a), and (2) (v). (a) Except for work performed in accordance with §§91.411 and 91.413, each registered owner or operator shall keep the following records for the periods specified in paragraph (b) of this section: (2)(v) The current status of applicable airworthiness directives (AD) including, for each, the method of compliance, the AD number, and revision date. If the AD involves recurring action, the time, and date when the next action is required. Report Description The information contained in this report was obtained from several FAA acceptable sources. These sources meet all FAA requirements for IA's and Certified Repair Stations to have access to Current Airworthiness Directives. The AD Summaries includes both the “Series” and the “Model” AD's for the listed aircraft. As an example, if your aircraft model is a "Cessna 172D" the summary report will display all of the AD's that apply to that airframe including the 172 Series AD's. A. Report Layout This report is designed to allow for easy access to necessary information needed to maintain airworthiness of the identified aircraft. The AD's, TCDS and other related data is available to be used to view and print as needed. Most of the data is formatted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format or Microsoft Word. If a “free” copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required, it can be obtained on the Internet directly from the highlighted link http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2_allversions.html. All data is accessible by clicking the “Blue Hyperlink” on the Master AD Indexes, which are located in chapter 1. a. Chapter 1 – Type Certificated Data Sheets for airframe, engine and propeller aircraft. b. Chapter 2 – Master AD Indexes for the aircraft being reported on. This chapter contains the AD’s, which are likely to apply to the particular aircraft referenced in the report and are applicable for maintaining airworthiness. Compliance forms to record the compliance of AD’s or Engineering Orders. Digital record of all logbook entries. c. Chapter 3 – Service Letters/Bulletins a reference to manufacture letters or bulletins, which may be called out in an airworthiness directive. d. Chapter 4 – Forms and Documents this chapter contains both paper and digital forms or documents that the owner/operator may find useful. They are provided for information and their currency should be validated. Note: The forms and documents listed in the TOC are all in PDF. All that is necessary to view the documents is to “clicked” on the name and the selected document opens in a new window. It must be remembered however, once a new document is opened from the TOC list, it will closed down the original document (report pdf file). It will be necessary to reopen the report file to select other archived information. e. Chapter 5 – DER Listing a listing of all DER’s and their approval ratings. This is only included for information and the validity of the information cannot be confirmed. TITLE ARCHIVED AIRCRAFT RECORDS FOR DOCUMENT NO. 2006-0002 REVISION 00 SHEET 11 of 12 INTRODUCTION f. Chapter 6 – Photographs subject aircraft, which can be used to document specific condition and repairs pertaining to the aircraft. g. Chapter 7 – Weight and Balance contains all information pertaining to subject aircraft’s weight and balance history. A Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for calculation of weight and balance changes is located on CD. There may also be included an Excel spreadsheet for the calculation of aircraft weight and balance with graphic display of flight envelope. B. Password Protection Each report can be password protected at the owner/operator choice. This service will be provided if requested with the selection of password by the owner/operator. C. CD-ROM Disk Operation The CD-ROM disk must be placed in the “D” drive of your computer to operate properly with all the data links.
