ADDY 24/7 Telephone Banking. This audio
response system is easy to use and it’s available
to you 24 hours a day.
This is completely menu driven. That means that
you do not have to carry transaction codes with you
because the ADDY voice will guide you through
each transaction.
PIN/Password
• If you already have an ADDY PIN/password, you
can begin enjoying the convenience of using this
service right away.
• If you would like to change your PIN/password to
a more familiar number, call ADDY, select 2, then
enter 5 and 7, and follow the voice instructions.
• If you do not have an ADDY PIN/password, call or
stop by any Genisys branch and we’ll process
your request right away.
