Maks Fabiani, whose 150th birth anniversary is celebrated in Ljubljana this year, was a renowned member of the Austrian
Art Nouveau movement, known as the Viennese Secession. He was also the architect whose conceptual solution for the
urban development of Ljubljana was later built upon by Jože Plečnik.
