Here are two attendance/grade sheets I used last semester, with some information removed for students' privacy,
but some left to give you an idea of how to use them.
They should be mostly self-‐‑explanatory. You need to be reasonably proficient with Excel -‐‑-‐‑ drawing borders, hiding
columns and the like. I expect you probably won't need to do that kind of thing with Caleb's.
They may be a little more low-‐‑tech than Caleb's. I like to have all the info on one sheet and use page breaks to split
it up for printing or pdfs as necessary. I input stuff in the sheet as I'm going through the semester, and sometimes
show it often to students, with the names columns hidden. The little arrow buttons in the column headers let me
sort by percentage grade at the end of the semester to make grading easier.
The FF1 one is more generally useful; it has the usual 15% homework. The Person to Person Starter one has 12% as
Workbook homework and 3% as Lounge attendance.
Probably best to e-‐‑mail me or come to see me with any questions. I have an afternoon/evening schedule this
semester.
