Application
Function
The high-performance washing system for milk sample bottles in round
magazines and/or bottle boxes, type
6858-31/-32, cleans BARTEC milk
sample bottles thoroughly and fully
automatically.
In the dairy for the supply of empties
for daily sampling.
Automatic sorting-out of the samples from the round magazine.
Suitable for routine testing laboratories (raw milk) to supply empties for
DHI and milk quality samples.
Software-controlled unstoppering
of sample bottles (daily sampling).
Sample bottles are emptied into a
separate collecting container.
Cleaning result: < 5 Bactoscan pulses
(suitable for bacteriological analyses
in the context of the milk quality
analysis).
Curdled milk is treated in a special
pre-washing procedure.
Separate collection of the remaining milk.
High-pressure pre-rinse to remove
curdled milk.
The high-performance washer has
washing, rinsing and drying functions.
Wash cycles:
Optionally a liquid preservation with
monitoring can be actuated.
2. Main wash cycle (intense outer
and inner cleaning of the bottles; alkaline)
Defective barcode labels are sorted
out by means of an integrated sorting
function.
The cleaned milk sample bottles are
stoppered and inserted into the round
magazine (type 6858-31), or they are
alternatively introduced into the bottle
box over an optionally available bottle
box adapter.
