Meter features reliable, temperaturestable, semiconductor technology with
an internal battery and calibration check.
The membrane front panel is easy to
use. Spring-loaded binding posts allow
positive contact with the sensor. Housed
in a rugged ABS plastic case. Sensor is made
from gypsum, cast around two stainless
steel electrodes. Bury the sensors at different
levels, based on plant root depth. Connect
the lead wires to the meter and get
immediate readings of available soil
moisture. A carrying case and irrigation
charts are included. Sensor sold separately.

Nutrient test kit 99031-10
Soil test kits simplify measuring the pH level, nutrients, or texture
of your soil. Tests use standard reagents to produce color changes;
compare results to color charts for concentration determination.
Tests for calcium, chloride, potassium, and sulfate are based on
turbidity measurements. Refill reagents are available to replenish
your kit.
What’s included: test reagents, a soil management handbook for
determining lime and fertilizer requirements, and a pad of soil
analysis report forms.
