We want to be sure you know exactly what you need to send us in order to enroll in the DemandResponse program. Please send us a PG&E bill from a summer month (June-September). Be sure to send us the first page of the bill along with ALL pages detailing the electric accounts you wish to enroll in the program. Take a look at the next two pages of this document to see what information is relevant to program enrollment. We want to be sure to get the following bill information for all the accounts you plan to enroll in the program: • • • • Account numbers Service account numbers (often there are multiple service accounts for one account number) Meter numbers for each individual service account you are enrolling Amount of electricity cost Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions!
