Team leads, supervisors, managers, directors, executives and physician leaders across the
system

Participants enroll in and attend sequentially the following initial sessions:

o (#2) Mission LEADS: Leading Self
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
Leading Others and Leading Results – ‘a la carte’ menu-driven courses and resources addressing
specific competencies based on individual leader needs
