The committee members welcomed the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Susan Lamb. Chancellor Tyler is still
welcome to attend and observe PGC meetings if he so desires.

Notes:
The council approved the minutes of the October 17 meeting.

Notes:
• No determination in lifting the “hiring freeze” for faculty.
• Submit all staffing requests to the Program Review Committee.

Student Conduct Policy 2nd Reading (Samuel Santos)
Notes:
• In the absence of Samuel Santos, VC Faye Naples reported on the 1st Reading of Student Conduct Policy.
• Revised Code of Conduct will be posted online before the December meeting. Crisis Management team still
needs to review the final revision. Once posted online, committee members can send their comments to
VC Faye Naples or Dean Samuel Santos.

Accreditation Update (Gohar Momjian)
A total of 156 items are now 100 % completed
Education Master Plan RFP is included in the November Board agenda
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) open position has been closed and in final interview process
Good news on the SLO Evaluation report from the Accrediting Commission. CCSF got an average grade of
3.42, highest is 5. Evaluation was performed last March, so much has been done since then.

Starting December, a total of ten minutes evaluation will be allotted at the end of each meeting to
evaluate the efficiency of the meeting and how it will be improved.

VC Susan Lamb will show a sample of Delta Plus evaluation that can help simplify the process next
December meeting

Classified Staffing Plan Update (Pam Mery, Chancellor Art Tyler)
Notes:
•
VCs, Chancellor and Dean of HR worked collaboratively on reviewing the classified staffing.

All Classified staffing requests should be made through Program Review.
•
The council reviewed the administration’s priorities and were asked to provide input.
•
Freeze on Faculty hiring is still in effect.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Chancellor announced the Day On 3 activity on November 27. Classified employees working that day
will have up to four hours release time if they choose to participate.

School is closed from December 25 – January 1.
