Supplier Afﬁdavit I _________________________________, certify and guarantee that the lamb or lamb products I am selling to Walden Local Meat Co. have been raised according to the following criteria: • • • • • • Lamb are raised outdoors at all times during the growing season (at least 120 days annually), on pesticide & herbicide free pasture, and rotated to new areas regularly to maintain vegetative cover Feed excludes animal byproducts, corn (silage or seed) No market animals are purchased through auction barns Dehorning, branding, and ear notching are not employed Electric prods are never utilized for handing; humane methods are used for transport, loading and holding Lamb sold to WLM are never given antibiotics, growth enhancers or hormones of any kind, whether injected or fed.
